PrintTool (hereinafter referred to as "we") hereby specially reminds you (the "user") to carefully read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") before registering as a user, to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement. Unless you accept all terms of this Agreement, you do not have the right to register, log in, or use the services covered by this Agreement. Your registration, login, use, and other actions will be regarded as acceptance of this Agreement and agreement to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between us and the user regarding the "PrintTool" software service (hereinafter referred to as "service"). "User" refers to individuals who register, log in, and use this service.

This Agreement may be updated by us from time to time. The updated terms will replace the original terms once published and will not be separately notified. Users can view the latest version of the Agreement on PrintTool. If users do not accept the revised terms after we modify the Agreement, please stop using the services provided by us immediately. Continued use of our services will be deemed as acceptance of the revised Agreement.

1. Account Management

  1. Users need to register a "PrintTool" account before using the service. The "PrintTool" account should be bound and registered using a mobile number or third-party accounts such as WeChat, Apple, etc. Please use a mobile number or third-party account that has not been bound to a "PrintTool" account and has not been banned by us according to this Agreement. We may change the account registration and binding methods according to user needs or product requirements without prior notice to users.
  2. When users register and use this service, we may need to collect personal information that identifies the user so that we can contact the user when necessary or provide a better user experience. The information we collect includes, but is not limited to, the user's name, gender, age, date of birth, ID number, address, school information, company information, industry, interests, frequently visited places, personal description, etc. We agree that the use of this information will be subject to the constraints of user personal privacy protection. Users can view and edit personal information on "PrintTool".
  3. The ownership of the "PrintTool" account belongs to us. After the user completes the registration process, the user obtains the right to use the "PrintTool" account, and this right belongs only to the initial registrant. It is prohibited to donate, lend, rent, transfer, or sell the account. For operational needs, we have the right to reclaim the user's "PrintTool" account.
  4. Users are responsible for properly safeguarding the registered account information and password. Responsibility for any theft or loss of account information due to poor security is borne by the user. Users are responsible for the legal liability of the registered account and the actions under the account. Users agree not to use other users' accounts or passwords under any circumstances. If users suspect that others are using their accounts or passwords, users agree to immediately notify us.
  5. Users should comply with the terms of this Agreement and use the service correctly and appropriately. If users violate any terms of this Agreement, we have the right to suspend or terminate the service to the violating user's "PrintTool" account after notifying the user. We also reserve the right to reclaim "PrintTool" accounts and usernames at any time.
  6. If users do not log in for one year after registering the "PrintTool" account, we may reclaim the account after notifying the user to prevent resource waste. The negative consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the user.
  7. Users can use the account cancellation service on "PrintTool". Users should confirm that account cancellation is an irreversible operation and should back up information and data related to the PrintTool account before confirming the operation. Confirmation and agreement to cancel the account do not exempt or reduce the responsibilities and liabilities for account activities before cancellation. If during the cancellation period the user's account is complained about by others, investigated by government agencies, or is in litigation or arbitration procedures, we have the right to terminate the user's account cancellation without further consent from the user.

2. Service Content

The specific content of the service is provided by us according to the actual situation and may include various tools, content, etc. We may change the service provided, and the content of the service may change at any time without prior notice.

3. User Personal Information Protection

We attach great importance to protecting user personal information and privacy. We will use various security technologies and procedures to protect user personal information. The specific protection measures and methods can be found in the Privacy Policy of PrintTool.

4. Content Guidelines

Users agree not to post, upload, or disseminate any content that violates laws, regulations, or social ethics, or infringes upon the rights of others. We have the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or laws and regulations.

5. Usage Rules

Users agree to comply with the relevant laws, regulations, and rules of PrintTool when using the service. Users must not use the service for any illegal or improper purposes, including but not limited to spam, fraud, or distribution of malicious software.

6. Minor Protection and Guardian Tips

We respect and protect the rights of minors. If users are minors, they should use the service under the guidance and consent of their guardians. We recommend that guardians supervise and guide minors to use the service correctly.

7. Data Storage

We may store user data for the purpose of providing and improving our services. Users should keep backup copies of their important data, as we are not responsible for any data loss.

8. Risk Assumption

Users use the service at their own risk. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use of the service.

9. Intellectual Property Statement

All intellectual property rights related to PrintTool and its services are owned by us. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service. Users must not infringe upon our intellectual property rights.

10. Legal Liability

We are only liable for direct losses caused by our breach of this Agreement. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Force Majeure and Other Exemptions

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under this Agreement caused by force majeure events or other factors beyond our control.

12. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such changes, interruptions, or termination.

13. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us and the user regarding the service. Any previous agreements or understandings are superseded by this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1. 账户管理

  1. 用户在使用本服务之前需要注册一个"PrintTool"账户。 "PrintTool"账户需通过手机号码或微信、Apple等第三方账户绑定注册。请使用未绑定"PrintTool"账户且未被我们根据本协议禁止的手机号码或第三方账户。我们可以根据用户需求或产品要求更改账户注册及绑定方式，而不需事先通知用户。
  2. 用户在注册和使用本服务时，我们可能需要收集能够识别用户的个人信息，以便我们在必要时联系用户或提供更好的用户体验。我们收集的信息包括但不限于用户的姓名、性别、年龄、出生日期、身份证号、地址、学校信息、公司信息、行业、兴趣、常去地点、个人描述等。我们承诺对这些信息的使用将受到用户个人隐私保护的约束。用户可以在"PrintTool"上查看和编辑个人信息。
  3. "PrintTool"账户的所有权归我们所有。用户完成注册后，获得使用"PrintTool"账户的权利，该权利仅归初始注册人所有。禁止捐赠、借用、租赁、转让或出售账户。出于运营需要，我们有权回收用户的"PrintTool"账户。
  4. 用户对注册账户信息及密码的安全负有妥善保管的责任。由于保密不善造成的账户信息被盗或丢失的责任由用户承担。用户对注册账户及账户下的行为承担法律责任。用户同意不以任何方式使用其他用户的账户或密码。如用户怀疑他人使用其账户或密码，应立即通知我们。
  5. 用户应当遵守本协议条款，正确、合理地使用服务。如用户违反本协议的任何条款，我们有权在通知用户后暂停或终止对违反用户"PrintTool"账户的服务。我们也保留随时回收"PrintTool"账户及用户名的权利。
  6. 如用户在注册"PrintTool"账户后一年内未登录，我们可能在通知用户后回收账户，以防止资源浪费。由此产生的负面后果由用户承担。
  7. 用户可以使用"PrintTool"上的账户注销服务。用户应确认账户注销是不可逆的操作，并应在确认操作前备份与PrintTool账户相关的信息和数据。确认并同意注销账户并不免除或减少注销前账户活动的责任和义务。如果在注销期间用户的账户受到他人投诉、被政府机关调查或处于诉讼或仲裁程序中，我们有权在未进一步征得用户同意的情况下终止用户账户注销。

服务的具体内容由我们根据实际情况提供，可能包括各种工具、内容等。我们可能会更改所提供的服务，服务内容可能会随时发生变化，恕不另行通知。

3. 用户个人信息保护

4. 内容规范

用户同意不发布、上传或传播任何违反法律、法规、社会道德或侵犯他人权利的内容。我们有权删除任何违反本协议或法律法规的内容。

5. 使用规则

用户同意在使用服务时遵守相关法律法规以及PrintTool的使用规则。用户不得利用服务进行任何违法或不当行为，包括但不限于垃圾邮件、诈骗、传播恶意软件等。

6. 未成年人保护与监护人提示

我们尊重和保护未成年人的权益。如果用户为未成年人，应在监护人的指导和同意下使用服务。我们建议监护人监督和指导未成年人正确使用服务。

7. 数据存储

我们可能会存储用户的数据以便提供和改进我们的服务。用户应备份重要数据，我们对任何数据丢失不承担责任。

8. 风险承担

用户自行承担使用服务的风险。我们不保证服务将不间断或没有错误。我们对因使用服务造成的任何损失或损害不承担责任。

9. 知识产权声明

与PrintTool及其服务相关的所有知识产权均归我们所有。用户被授予有限的、非排他性的、不可转让的使用许可。用户不得侵犯我们的知识产权。

10. 法律责任

12. 服务变更、中断及终止

13. 其他

本协议构成我们与用户之间关于服务的完整协议。所有先前的协议或理解均被本协议取代。如果本协议的任何条款被认定为无效或不可执行，剩余条款将继续有效。
