Welcome to the auto-renewal service provided by ScannerBest (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). To protect your rights as a user (hereinafter referred to as "you"), please read all contents of this service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully before using the Service.
Unless you have read and agreed to all the contents of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the Service. If you purchase or use the Service, it indicates that you have reached an agreement with ScannerBest and voluntarily accept all contents of this Agreement.
If you are under 18 years of age, please use the Service in the company of a legal guardian or with their consent; the exercise and performance of rights and obligations under this Agreement by minors shall be deemed to have been approved by their legal guardians, and this Agreement shall have legal binding force on you and your legal guardians.
1.1 This Service is launched to meet your needs for auto-renewal, avoiding service interruptions due to your failure to renew in time. The auto-renewal currently only has a monthly subscription service type, with billing cycles based on monthly fees.
1.2 If you activate this Service through Apple Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Apple") with your Apple ID, and you do not proactively cancel the auto-renewal service 24 hours before the next subscription period expires, Apple will automatically deduct the service fee for the next subscription period from the balance of the Apple ID account linked when you activated the auto-renewal service, thus extending the validity period of the corresponding subscription period.
1.3 Please pay attention to the status of the accounts and deductibles mentioned above. You will bear the risks or losses caused by account issues or insufficient balance leading to renewal failure (such as termination of corresponding rights, impact on membership status, etc.).
2.1 According to relevant laws, to inform you of the auto-renewal situation, ScannerBest will notify you 3 days before the deduction of the next subscription period via local push notifications. Third-party payment channels may also send you reminders before the deduction; please pay attention.
2.2 Please pay special attention that, due to the characteristics of the auto-renewal service, the automatic deduction will be completed according to the methods and times specified in this Agreement (Articles 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3). If you do not explicitly cancel the auto-renewal service before the deduction, ScannerBest will issue the deduction instruction for the next subscription period according to your authorization, and generally, the fees deducted based on that instruction will not be refunded.
2.3 If an error occurs during the deduction process, ScannerBest and you should closely cooperate to ascertain the cause, with each party bearing the losses caused by its own fault; if losses are caused by unequal faults on both sides, each party will bear corresponding responsibilities according to the degree of fault; if both parties are jointly liable, responsibilities will be shared equally.
2.4 ScannerBest does not charge any additional fees for activating the auto-renewal service, but ScannerBest has the right to decide whether to charge additional fees for the auto-renewal service based on business development needs and will publicly announce this on relevant pages.
2.5 The Service provided by ScannerBest is only available for use on the ScannerBest App platform; any use of paid services to evade renewal through malicious cracking or other illegal means constitutes a violation of this Agreement. The responsible party will bear all legal consequences arising therefrom, and ScannerBest will pursue the legal responsibility of the perpetrator in accordance with the law.
3.1 Unless otherwise notified or announced by ScannerBest, this Service will be valid for a long time. This Agreement takes effect from the time you choose to accept or use the Service, until you terminate the Service or cancel your paid service qualification.
3.2 In any of the following circumstances, ScannerBest has the right to immediately terminate the provision of services to you without assuming any responsibility to you or any third party:
3.3 ScannerBest may choose to suspend, interrupt, or terminate the Service for reasons related to its own business decisions. In such cases, ScannerBest will notify you in the form of an announcement.
3.4 If you wish to cancel auto-renewal, you can do so 24 hours before the next subscription period ends by the following methods:
3.5 Once the cancellation of this Service is successful, it will not affect the paid services that have been successfully charged and are in effect; the effective period of the paid services will not renew automatically after expiration. The instruction you have authorized ScannerBest to automatically deduct fees before choosing to terminate this Service remains valid, and ScannerBest will not refund the fees deducted based on that instruction, and you will bear the relevant responsibilities.
4.1 Laws and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and excludes the application of any conflict of law provisions. In the event of a dispute, you and ScannerBest agree to submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration according to its current effective arbitration rules, and it will be heard by three arbitrators. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties. Arbitration costs shall be borne by the losing party.
4.2 The failure of ScannerBest to exercise, timely exercise, or fully exercise any rights under this Agreement or under the law shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights, nor shall it affect ScannerBest's future exercise of such rights.

除非您已阅读并同意本协议所有内容,否则您无权使用本服务。如您购买或使用本服务,即表示已经与ScannerBest达成协议,并自愿接受本协议的所有内容。
如果您未满18周岁,请在法定监护人陪同下或经过法定监护人同意后再使用本服务;未成年人行使和履行本协议项下的权利和义务视为已获得法定监护人的认可,本协议对您及您的法定监护人产生法律约束力。
1.1 本服务是基于您对自动续费的需求,避免因您未及时续费而中断服务而推出的服务。自动续费目前只有连续包月这种订阅服务期类型,计费周期费用分为包月费用。
1.2 如您通过苹果公司(本协议中“苹果公司”指Apple Inc.及其关联公司)Apple ID开通本服务,且在下一个订阅服务到期前24小时前未主动取消本自动续费服务的,则苹果公司将在每个订阅期即将到期前24小时,从您开通本自动续费服务时绑定的Apple ID账户(以下统称“账户”)余额中自动代扣下一个订阅期服务费,从而延长该订阅期对应的服务有效期。
1.3 请您关注上述各类账户及可扣款余额状况,如因账户问题或余额不足导致续费失败而引发的风险或导致的损失将由您自行承担(如相应权益终止、会员身份受到影响等)。
2.1 根据相关法律规定,为便于您知悉自动续费情况,ScannerBest在下一个订阅期扣款前3日以本地推送等方式通知您,第三方支付渠道也可能向您发送扣款前的提醒通知,请您予以关注。
2.2 请您特别注意,基于自动续费服务的特点,自动代扣将按照本协议1.1、1.2、1.3条约定方式和时间完成。如果您未在代扣之前明确取消自动续费服务,ScannerBest将根据您的委托向相关主体发出下一个订阅期的代扣指令,原则上对基于该指令扣除的费用将不予退还。
2.3 如在扣费过程出现差错,ScannerBest和您应密切配合查明原因,各自承担己方过错造成的损失;若因双方各自存在不均等过错造成的损失,由双方按过错的程度承担相应责任;双方共负责任的,由双方均摊责任。
2.4 ScannerBest对您开通自动续费服务暂不收取任何额外费用,但ScannerBest有权根据业务发展需要决定是否对自动续费服务进行额外收费,并在相关页面向您进行公示。
2.5 ScannerBest向您提供的本服务仅限于您在ScannerBest App平台使用,任何以恶意破解等非法手段规避续费而使用付费服务的,均构成对本协议的违反。由此引起的一切法律后果由行为人负责,ScannerBest将依法追究行为人的法律责任。
3.1 除非ScannerBest另有通知、公告,本服务将长期有效。本协议自您选择接受或使用本服务后生效,直至您终止本服务或注销付费服务资格时终止。
3.2 出现下列情况之一的,ScannerBest有权立即终止向您提供服务,且无须为此向您或任何第三方承担责任:
3.3 ScannerBest根据自身商业决策等原因可能会选择中止、中断及中止本服务。如有此等情形发生,ScannerBest会采取公告的形式通知您。
3.4 如您希望取消自动续费,您可以在下一个订阅期结束前的24小时通过以下方式取消自动续费:
3.5 本服务取消成功后,不影响您已成功扣费且生效的付费服务,已生效的付费服务期满后不再自动续费。您在选择终止本服务前已经委托ScannerBest自动续费扣款的指令仍然有效,ScannerBest对于基于该指令扣除的费用不予退还,由您自行承担相关责任。
4.1 法律与争议解决:本协议适用中华人民共和国的法律,并且排除一切冲突法规定的适用。如出现纠纷,您和ScannerBest一致同意将纠纷提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会根据其现行有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁,并由3名仲裁员进行审理。仲裁裁决是终局的,对双方都有约束力。仲裁费用由败诉一方承担。
4.2 ScannerBest不行使、未能及时行使或者未充分行使本协议或者按照法律规定所享有的权利,不应被视为放弃该权利,也不影响ScannerBest在将来行使该权利。
